Key takeaways
- Bet before launch, then cash out before the jet explodes. Bets still open at the explosion are lost.
- JetX is usually quoted at about 97% RTP, but casinos can run versions with different RTP, so check the game info.
- Multipliers are capped at 25,000x, and the jet can explode as early as 1.00x.
- You can place two bets per round, each with its own auto cash-out.
- The round history looks like a pattern but isn't one. Every round is independent.

What is JetX?
JetX is a crash game from SmartSoft Gaming, a studio based in Georgia. You'll find it in the "crash" or "fast games" section of many betting sites that serve Zimbabwe. Each round a jet blasts off from the runway and a multiplier counts up from 1.00x. At a random moment the jet explodes.
Cash out before the explosion and you win your stake × the multiplier on screen. If you wait too long, you lose the stake. That one decision, when to cash out, is the whole game.
How to play JetX, step by step
- Find JetX in the casino lobby
Log in to your betting account and search for "JetX". Make sure you have funds in your wallet first.
- Choose your stake
Enter an amount in the bet box or use the quick buttons. Stay inside the min and max limits shown.
- Set an auto cash-out (recommended)
Type a target multiplier, e.g. 1.80, so the game collects for you automatically.
- Place your bet before launch
Bets go in during the countdown. You can use the second panel to place another bet with a different target.
- Cash out while the jet climbs
Tap Cash Out any time before the explosion, or let auto cash-out collect at your target.
The JetX screen explained
Most crash games share the same layout. Here's a labelled diagram of a typical JetX screen. Your casino's version may look slightly different, but every control below will be there.
- Round history: recent crash points. Interesting to look at, useless for prediction: every round is independent.
- Live multiplier: what a cash-out pays right now.
- The jet: when it flies away or crashes, every open bet loses.
- Stake: use –/+ or the quick buttons to set your bet before the round.
- Cash Out button: during the round it shows your live winnings; tap to collect.
- Auto cash-out: collects automatically at your target (e.g. 2.00x), even if your network lags.
- Second bet panel: run two bets in the same round with different targets.
What makes JetX different
The 25,000x ceiling
Unlike games with no fixed cap, JetX tops out at 25,000x. Reaching it is astronomically rare. At 97% RTP, the chance that a round even reaches 1,000x is under 0.1%.
Detailed round history
JetX shows a long history of past multipliers, with colours for low, medium and high rounds. Many players stare at it looking for patterns. Don't. Each explosion point is generated independently by a certified RNG, so the history tells you nothing about the next round.
The gambler's fallacy: after ten low rounds in a row, it feels like a big multiplier is due. It isn't. The chance of the next round reaching 10x is still about 9.7%, exactly the same as always.
RTP can vary by casino
SmartSoft offers JetX to casinos in more than one RTP configuration. Commonly quoted figures run from about 96% to 98%. Open the in-game information page to see the RTP your casino has chosen. A higher RTP means a smaller house edge.
JetX odds: how often each multiplier hits
With an RTP of ≈97% (varies by casino), the chance that a JetX round reaches a multiplier x is roughly 97% ÷ x. That simple formula explains almost everything about the game.
Out of 100 rounds, about 49 reach 2.00x. The rest crash first. Notice the average return never changes: that's the house edge at work.
| Cash-out target | Chance to win | Roughly | Payout on $1 | Average return per $1 |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1.5x | 64.7% | 1 in 1.5 | $1.50 | $0.97 |
| 2x | 48.5% | 1 in 2.1 | $2.00 | $0.97 |
| 3x | 32.3% | 1 in 3.1 | $3.00 | $0.97 |
| 5x | 19.4% | 1 in 5 | $5.00 | $0.97 |
| 10x | 9.70% | 1 in 10 | $10.00 | $0.97 |
| 50x | 1.94% | 1 in 52 | $50.00 | $0.97 |
| 100x | 0.97% | 1 in 103 | $100.00 | $0.97 |
Look at the last column: every target returns the same ~$0.97 per $1 staked on average. Low targets win often but pay little; high targets pay big but rarely. No target escapes the 3.0% house edge. Why this is true →
JetX strategy: what works and what doesn't
The maths of JetX is the same as every crash game, so the same honest rules apply:
- Low auto cash-outs (1.3x–1.6x) give frequent small wins but occasional losing streaks. They are good for longer, calmer sessions.
- High targets (5x+) win rarely. Expect long dry spells and size your stake for them.
- Two-bet split: one bet at a low target to recover the stake, one at a higher target. This changes your risk, not your odds.
- Martingale (double after each loss) looks safe until a losing streak hits the table limit or your balance. We tested it, and it doesn't end well.
Practise JetX-style rounds free
This simulator uses the same probability maths as JetX (97% RTP) with demo credits. Try a few rounds with no auto cash-out, then with auto cash-out at 2x, and notice how often the round crashes before 1.5x.
Rounds 0 · Won 0 · Lost 0 · Net +0.00 · Crash points use the same 97% RTP maths as the real game. Past rounds never predict the next one.

JetX FAQ
Is JetX the same as Aviator?
The idea is the same (cash out before the crash), but they are different games from different studios. JetX (SmartSoft) came first and uses a certified RNG with a 25,000x cap. Aviator (Spribe) uses a provably fair seed system. RTP is similar, around 97%.
What is the maximum win on JetX?
The multiplier is capped at 25,000x. Your casino also sets a maximum stake and a maximum win per round, which you can find in the game rules.
Can you predict JetX?
No. JetX uses a certified random number generator, and each round is independent. Apps or groups claiming to predict JetX are scams; see our scam guide.
Why did JetX explode at 1.00x?
An instant explosion at 1.00x is a normal, built-in part of the game. Those rare instant crashes are a big part of how the house edge works.
Does JetX have a demo?
Many casinos let you play JetX in demo mode with virtual credits. You can also practise with the free simulator on this page.
